Job Title: Houston Area Processing Facilities Manager

Reports to: Vice President of Processing

SUMMARY: Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Schedule, oversee, and monitor all phases of production process (material, personnel, equipment/machinery)

  • Maintain all production equipment

  • Train, evaluate, and administer corrective action to personnel

  • Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with material, equipment, and/or production processes

  • Performs warehousing and transportation functions as needed

  • Perform duties of Line Manager, Production Worker as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree or some college level courses preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing processes (raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods). Knowledge in coordination of people and resources. Strong customer focus. Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions. Strong computer skills.
